Oliver Bernard is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Advisor to join our efficient team. As part of its growth plans, Oliver Bernard wants to significantly expand its residential sales offering in PCL and is seeking a driven and high-profile professional to do this.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow the team in PCL, with potential to advance further within the partnership. There is already a strong client base, an interesting range of work and the backing and ambition to further develop our offering. The role is not focused to one area, but the preferred candidate will negotiate predominantly within the sale’s teams, but not limited to, with commission also paid on lettings, OB Escapes and instructions. The main focus is on the candidate and their ability to be entrepreneurial. The candidate must be proactive, self motivated and own their role. In return, the role will be split between time in the office in Mayfair and an option to work from home twice a week, hard work will be rewarded with flexibility.

It is essential the candidate has had experience of more than 2 years in Prime Central London in either a sales or letting role.

Roles and Skills Required

A proven track record in PCL residential sales or lettings.
The ability to be a team builder, maximising cross selling opportunities within the firm departments.
Excellent negotiating and presentational skills
Sound team orientated interpersonal skills and experience of communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients.
I.T literacy including experience in the use of residential software packages
