Helianthus is set above the harbour town of Kassiopi, in 15,000 square metres of its own land, an olive grove of about 250 ancient olive trees and tall cypresses, on terraced land with stone retaining walls, sloping down towards the sea view. Nearer the house are terraces planted with lemons and oranges, pomegranates, persimmons and other trees and shrubs.
