A luxurious and exclusive villa situated inside a beautiful and privately owned property, on the beguiling Island of Antiparos. A generous, comfortable and open-plan sitting room connects to a covered terrace facing the sea, perfect for a pre-dinner aperitif. The villa provides four double en-suite bedrooms. A large spacious open plan, fully-equipped kitchen, outside breakfast and dining terraces and a stone wall covered lounge area beside the swimming pool.

Meranti offers serenity and seclusion surrounded by a luscious and spacious garden, with stunning panoramic views of the southern coast of the island and the deep turquoise lagoon between Antiparos and Paros. A forty-minute flight from Athens International Airport will take you to an island quite unlike any other in the Cyclades.

The perfect place to escape the sun, each suite has been uniquely designed with attention to detail providing king size beds andGreek Apivita toiletries. The perfect start and end to each day. Upon arrival you will be greeted with a selection of groceries, as well as a moderately stocked bar. An assortment of books and games are provided for use during your stay. All suites are supplied with a wonderful selection of Apivita toiletries for your comfort.

Unlimited wifi is available on all levels of the house and there is a smart television in the sitting room. A state-of-the-art sound system providing music both inside and outside can easily be linked to your own devices.

There is an outside kitchen beside the pool terrace with a large BBQ space with a seating area for those who enjoy cooking. Fresh fish can be bought in the village every morning and we would be happy to point you in the direction of one of the island’s butchers for locally sourced meat products.

A spectacular covered seating area nestled within the olive grove next to the Villa offers an unparalleled view for solitary reading or evening cocktails. Alternatively, there is a shaded stone seating area beside the swimming pool. The villa house keeper and cleaner will be there to greet you on arrival and will come once a week, although should you prefer more or less that can be agreed prior to arrival – please let us know when you make your booking.

A wonderful villa on the beautiful island of Antiparos. The lovely old town is a 15-20 minute drive along the coast where you can find abundant cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as several supermarkets, two butchers, a fishmonger as well as many beautiful boutiques.
